dream work is a hands-on seminar introducing techniques for tracking and analyzing dreams by approaching dreams as oracle and practice. through weekly readings and discussions on foundational theories of dreams—including traditions from native america, the works of carl jung, and tibetan dream yoga—participants learn to understand the unique language of dreams. guided exercises and assignments in and out of class help participants tap into our natural abilities to dream more deeply and lucidly.

dream work strives to build community by accessing the collective subconscious and encouraging participants to share the innermost parts of their psyche as refracted through dreamscapes. the culminating zine catalogs our collective subconscious by illustrating and documenting dreams and their messages over the duration of the class. by mapping and sharing the landscapes, characters, and moods of our individual psyches, dream work creates an exploratory, transcendent, and safe space for participants, mirroring the dream world itself: universal, but individualized.
